Excellent location. 15 minutes' walk to the city centre and main railway station, 10 minutes to the conference I was attending, 12 to the nearest tram stop. 24hr hour shop next door. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful with all our enquiries. Room was comfortable and air conditioned. Good quality WiFi.

Surprisingly nice and friendly hotel very close to the city centre of ;Katowice. Huge guarded parking area adjacent to the hotel with excellent video gate keepers. Kind and friendly staff, excellent wifi and a very good breakfast very elegantly served. Very good value for money. Rooms are sound isolated. 15 minutes walk from the main Rynek.

When we arrived at the hotel we found that they are closed due to maintenance. They didn't advised but at the main door they wrote a letter that all reservations were moved to Novotel Katowice Centrum (4 star hotel) right across the street (10 metres away). I am super happy with their option they offered us and also they kept our breakfast reservation, although breakfast at the 4 star hotel was more expensive. In my opinion this hotel should have a 10/10 rating in how they treat their customers.

Nice budget hotel, the room had everything needed, it was clean and the mattress was great. The space is designed practically and with a nice vibe. I like their approach on saving energy by letting you decide about cleaning the room or taking the towels.

Good location 10 minutes walk from city centre of Katowice. Big parking space. Surprisingly amazing self service breakfast, wide range of food. Quite good furniture for one star hotel. Staff were very friendly and nice they will help you with anything.

კარგი ლოკაციაზეა, ქალაქის შესასვლელში (აეროპორტის ავტობუსის გაჩერებიდან 50 მეტრში) მოპირდაპირე მხარეს არის ქალაქის მთავარი მუზეუმი, ულამაზესი სანახაობებით. ყველა სანახაობა და მნიშვნელოვანი ობიექტი და ქალაქის ცენტრიდან არის 10-15 წუთის ფეხით სავალზე. სისუფთავე ძალიან კარგი. ასევე თითქმის ყველა ნაბიჯზეა ელექტრო სკუტერები (სქროლები) 1 წუთი 70 ზლოტად და ქალაქის ნებისმიერ ადგილას შეგიძლიათ სკუტერით გადაადგილება. ცენტრალური სადგურიდან ასევე 10 წუთის სავალზე ხართ, საიდანაც ასევე შეგიძლიათ კრაკოვში (არქიტექტორული. იუნესკოს დაცვის ქვეშ მყოფი ქალაქი) 2 ადამიანი სულ რაღაც 60 ზლოტად (40 ლარად) ჩახვიდეთ და უკან დაბრუნდეთ მატარებლით ახლოს არის ლიდლის სუპერმარკეტიც (5 წუთი ფეხით) საუკეთესო ფასებით.

It was simple and cozy. Very comfortable, especially beds, and great value for money. Staff was nice even sorted breakfast for my son, that apparently have not had those reserved. Breakfast were great.

This is a decent option a kilometr away from the city center. We only came for a night since we had an early flight the next morning. The room is not big (around 20m2), but it has all what is needed. The sink is in the room itself, but it did not disturb us (we are married for 10 years and seen it all!). The room was quiet and very clean and the bed fairly comfy. The stuff was very nice and super helpful, without any problem they helped us retrieve the forgotten phone which we are super grateful for!
